I personally never thought anyone could say, "sell me this pen" in a job interview. I was wrong. It could happen to you too. And to avoid panic, you should know exactly how to respond.

On a quick side note, did you know that this sales interview question has been around for millions of years? It originated a long time ago, in the age of caverns. Selling cave to cave canyons. Except that at that time, they asked, "Sell me this bowl of crushed goats."
